We are an independent, woman-owned business. We are currently seeking an experienced Government Travel Consultant for our growing and busy Call Center located in Jacksonville, NC. Minimum of 3 years travel agent/consultant experience required. Home based virtual and in-office positions available.
Requirements
- Flexible with schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- 3 years of travel agent/consultant experience
- Demonstrated Sabre/Apollo proficiency
- Demonstrated computer aptitude on a variety of Microsoft Office Products (Excel,Word,etc.)
- Exceptional Internet skills for research
- Self-Starter, Detail oriented and organized
Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of GDS Systems Sabre or Apollo
- Make travel reservations; including airline, hotel, ground transportation
- Process tickets, exchanges and refunds
- Maintain industry & account information
