About The Position
The Government Solutions Post-Sales Leader at Equifax Workforce Solutions will oversee the teams that manage the entire lifecycle of post-sales support for a diverse portfolio of government projects, encompassing meticulous oversight of both implementation and post-implementation phases. The Post-Sales Leader will spearhead a dynamic team of professionals, strategically distributing workload to optimize efficiency and ensuring the seamless execution of project and program management processes. This role demands adept coordination of client interactions, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and the establishment of robust, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaboration with teams that monitor performance system performance, swift and effective troubleshooting to preempt potential issues, and proactive identification of opportunities to enhance service delivery. This leadership role necessitates fostering a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders, actively seeking innovative solutions and implementing strategic plans designed to elevate both efficiency and the overall quality of service delivery. The Post-Sales Leader plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, optimizing system performance, and ultimately ensuring the successful realization of government project objectives. The Post Sales Leader will work a hybrid schedule, requiring Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in an Equifax office, and the flexibility to work remotely on Monday and Friday. Although we prefer someone in Reston, applicants that can work from another location will be considered.
