Job Summary The Government Relations Manager serves as a strategic internal advisor responsible for integrating public policy intelligence into BKV’s operational and enterprise decision-making. This role ensures legislative, regulatory, and policy developments are proactively monitored, analyzed, and translated into actionable business guidance that protects and advances BKV’s upstream, power, and CCUS businesses. The position partners closely with Leadership, Legal, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Development teams to align evolving federal and state policy landscapes with capital allocation, project development, permitting strategy, compliance planning, M&A activity, and long-term corporate strategy. While supporting targeted external engagement with policymakers, regulators, and industry groups, the primary emphasis of this role is coordination, regulatory risk management, and forward-looking strategic advisory. This role operates with a high degree of professional judgment and discretion, balancing long-term strategic planning with real-time policy monitoring and internal advisory responsibilities.
