Requirements

5-7+ years in government relations, sales, or policy roles in healthcare or education
Exceptional relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to manage a complex, multi-state portfolio with long sales cycles
Experience managing external lobbyists and measuring performance
Proficiency in pipeline management tools and Excel/PowerPoint
Enthusiasm for building new functions in a startup environment
Passionate about supporting student mental health

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution for 5-10 states
Develop and execute winning strategies, including annual goals and stakeholder maps
Secure state funding and direct statewide contracts for schools
Track funding, legislative opportunities, and policy discussions
Cultivate relationships with governors' offices and key state organizations
Manage external lobbyists and ensure clear objectives and accountability
Drive operational rigor, detailed tracking, and collaboration with various teams
