  • Possesses a deep knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and commercial contracting principles.
  • Demonstrates expert proficiency in managing personal portfolio and advising account teams on contracts administration matters.
  • Serves as a business advisor to account teams on all facets of Federal contract administration activities.
  • Handles complex/strategic high value contractual matters that have a direct impact on Firm revenue generation and retention.
  • Practices independent judgment and analysis of significant issues and identifies resolutions.
  • Provides advisory level contracts support to account leadership that shapes and strengthens win strategies on Federal engagements.
  • Performs strategic contract negotiations and ensures completion of various contract projects.
  • Reviews and analyzes contracts matters to ensure that they are understood and to inform team strategy.
  • Compiles and analyzes contract related data; and maintains historical information and documentation.
  • Guides and coordinates proposal and award activities for assigned contracts.
  • Independently conducts reviews of complex contract actions in all phases of the contract life cycle.
  • Develops and implements tactical action plans to address risks and opportunities.
  • Responsible for compliance and accuracy of the contracts administration for assigned portfolio.

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple contract types (e.g. CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP/LOE, T&M, FFP) and solicitation types (e.g. FAR Parts 8, 15, and 16)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Advanced Degree
  • NCMA: CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong consultative and communication skills

  • Ability to operate in a demanding executive level environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with teams
