As a Government Program Property Manager at Raytheon, you will play a crucial role in managing assets related to government contracts, ensuring compliance with property management systems, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics and property management, as well as the ability to interpret contract requirements and support audits. You will be responsible for training, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the property management domain.

  • Act as the primary contact for all matters concerning the management of assets including Special Test Equipment, Equipment, Special Tooling, and Material.
  • Deliver training and awareness materials tailored to various audiences such as program leadership and engineering teams.
  • Support a culture of improvement and efficiency within the Logistics/Property organization.
  • Interpret contract language and clauses related to property management.
  • Manage program support for all IUID requirements.
  • Conduct inventory and other property-related tasks at various sites.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols.
  • Interact daily with other teams and business units to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate for continuous learning and sharing within the organization.
  • Support DCMA and customer audits and maintain proactive relationships.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, government property management, operations, and/or supply chain.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance and interpreting contract property requirements.
  • Proficiency in using SAP (APEX, PRISM) and/or government reporting systems like WAWF, GFP Module, PIEE.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications such as CPPS/CPPA/CPPM.
  • Six Sigma/CORE certification or equivalent.
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
