About The Position

This position is not eligible for teleworking at this time. This position works in a cubicle environment. This position is required to respond to emergencies. This is a highly responsible professional position located within the Bureau of Preparedness and Response, Administrative Preparedness Section. The incumbent serves as an Administrative Preparedness Specialist assisting with the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) and Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Cooperative Agreements. This position is responsible for providing all expenditure justifications to the Office of Budget and Revenue Management (OBRM) for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) and the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Cooperative Agreements in accordance with federal guidelines. This includes Schedule C reimbursement and headquarters expenditures. Incumbent will monitor grant expenditures daily to identify corrections needed prior to providing justification to OBRM. Incumbent will assist with grant application, reporting and auditing as requested.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
