Fluke is seeking an experienced contracting professional to join our Legal team. This is a critical position responsible for managing Fluke’s U.S. Government sell-side contracting process and supporting government compliance programs. The GCM collaborates closely with Fluke Legal, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Sales, Cybersecurity experts, and Technical Operations to advance the business and mitigate associated risk. Accordingly, the successful candidate must enjoy communicating and collaborating cross-functionally and interacting regularly with senior management and government employees. Role is based in Everett, Washington but will consider remote candidates. Position overview: The Government Contracts Manager serves as the primary point of contact throughout the life of the U.S. Federal Government (USG) contract. Responsibilities include contract administration, conflict of interest oversight, and advising the business on operational compliance required by Fluke USG contracts.
