The Treasury Department has internal opportunities available for Treasury Collection Specialist in the Cedar Falls, IA office. As a Collection Specialist you will be responsible for locating and establishing contact with consumers, obtaining financial information, and analyzing the best resolution for each consumer. Must have the ability to obtain security clearance necessary to work as a Treasury Collection Specialist
No written warnings in the last 6 months
Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer
Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company
Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions
