About The Position

The BGS Associate Property Management Analyst will support the management of property at the Boeing Jacksonville, FL site to ensure compliance with Government and Boeing regulations. The position is located in Cecil Field, FL. Responsibilities include administering contract provisions related to property management, performing audits, documenting processes, and investigating lost or damaged property. The analyst will learn to determine property acquisition requirements and maintain accountability from acquisition to final disposition, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Inventory Management.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system.
  • Physically able to lift 35 or more pounds during a shift.
  • Manual Labor required.
  • Currently hold a Forklift certification or have the ability to acquire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with a GOLDesp application computing system.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing Government of Capital Property.
  • Solid background in team collaboration.
  • Great oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in performing audits, documenting processes, and investigating and reporting loss or damaged property.
  • Background on process development and lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Administers the terms of contract provisions that specify the company's obligations to acquire, control, use, care for, report and dispose of property.
  • Assists in performing audits, documenting processes and procedures, and investigating and reporting lost or damaged property.
  • Learns to determine property acquisition requirements, product availability, and authority to fulfill company, program, or contractual obligations.
  • Uses off-the-shelf software or Boeing system tools to manage and communicate property information and establish property records.
  • Maintains accountability from initial acquisition to final disposition by coordinating, preparing, and documenting applicable forms.
  • Conducts physical inventory of property and reconciles results to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assists in verifying that property records accurately reflect inventory on hand and that equipment servicing requirements are established.
  • Learns to confirm that service work is scheduled and performed in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Performs disposition of property identified by company, legal, or contractual requirements.
  • Handles basic property-related activities at completion or termination of contract.
