The Large Electric Power Solutions (LEPS) organization is experiencing unprecedented growth. In that context, we are looking for a talented program manager helping the LEPS organization to: - Execute our growth strategies on time - Keep alignment within the LEPS organization on priorities - Provide visibility on progress and challenges related to the execution of the LEPS strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree requirement: Bachelor's or advanced degree in business or technical/engineering discipline preferred but not required
  • Strong project management skills to organize and manage great amount of information
  • Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, DevOps, Planner

Responsibilities

  • Manage processes and tools to govern the execution of the LEPS strategies
  • Provide update on regular basis to key stakeholders
  • Feed monthly Management Business Reviews (MBR) based on latest development of the LEPS strategy execution
  • Ensure LEPS teams are in sync and aligned on growth strategies
  • Closely work with LEPS Strategy Managers to keep execution plans aligned with the overall strategy and Long-Term Forecasts
  • Pro-actively identify and communicate resources, processes and tools gaps
