The Governance & Control Specialist manages a portfolio of governance and control activities for moderately complex or high-risk business or functional area and implements policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet governance and control guidelines. Acts as a technical lead on key control initiatives. The G&C Specialist is assigned an inventory of key activities within U.S. Treasury to evaluate and document workflow process, map identified risks to internal controls and perform testing on the adequacy of design and operating effectiveness of key internal controls.
