This role is pivotal in providing advisory, tax, and assurance services to our clients, leveraging our extensive network and expertise in the government contracting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project management, ensuring that client objectives are met with precision and excellence. This position requires a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to support technical project managers effectively. In this role, you will employ both technical and functional skills to evaluate and implement packaged software solutions tailored to the needs of the government contracting sector. You will also be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, which may include developing innovative methodologies and tools, participating in proposal opportunities, and conducting market research. Delivering exceptional client service is paramount, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including executives. As a GovCon Technology Manager, you will manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring that project teams are appropriately leveraged and that responsibilities are clearly assigned and managed. You will also play a key role in coaching and mentoring team members, contributing to the overall management of the Consulting Practice, and developing a personal plan for professional growth and practice development.
