About The Position

As a Gourmet Food Server at Carbone Riviera, you’ll be at the heart of this elevated dining room, delivering polished, attentive service from first order to final check while maintaining pristine tables and stations. Requirements

2+ years of experience as a fine-dining food server
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred

Responsibilities

Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course
Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station
Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees
Perform other job-related duties as requested
