About The Position

As a Gourmet Food Server at The Mayfair Supper Club, you're not just serving dinner—you're inviting guests to immerse themselves in an unforgettable dining experience. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to take and deliver customer orders with grace and efficiency, ensuring that tables are meticulously maintained and guest satisfaction is always a top priority. Your attention to detail will be key as you finalize checks and perform essential side work, including keeping your assigned stations clean and organized.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous experience as a food server in a fine dining restaurant
• 2+ years of previous experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
• Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
• Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station
• Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
