About The Position

Cognizant is looking for a GCP Architect role or a full-time remote opportunity. This is a Remote role.

Requirements

• Proficiency in GCP services: Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Big Query, Cloud SQL, Bigtable, Dataflow, Pub/Sub.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Deployment Manager).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting skills in Python and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using GCP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture strategies and cloud migration plans.
• Lead technical discussions and create proof-of-concepts for cloud-based solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities using tools like AutoML and AI Platform.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
