Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree inputer science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform.
Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and webhook integration.
Deep understanding of Center AI Services (CCAS) and their application in real-world scenarios.
Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration.
Familiarity with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and IAM.
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development.
Knowledge of Agentic AI
Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer).
Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience with conversational analytics and performance optimization.
Familiarity with enterprise contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9, Twilio).
Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights.
