About The Position

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to join TPAction’s innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging others to send in their ballots. Responsibilities also include building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in precincts across a designated territory. The Ballot Chaser has attainable and incentivized goals and works in tandem with the Ballot Chase Manager in order to make sure that goals are reached, community relationships are fostered and data is tracked daily.

Requirements

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge and demonstrated competence of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
• Unmatched passion for conservative politics
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment
