A little about this position: Provides safe and efficient operation of the Gondola through operational standards and correct maintenance and repair. Ensures that all gondola service standards and precision performance goals are achieved in order to ensure a good guest experience.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be a proven, and experienced Gondola Supervisor or have similar experience
- Must have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel
- Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours to complete emergency repairs
Responsibilities
- Oversee all scheduling of daily gondola operations and special events for guests and internal customers to meet budget
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further develop skills, abilities and knowledge on their own
- Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Guarantee that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved on a daily basis and provide coaching and correction as needed daily
- Follow all Company and Department Safety Policies and Procedures
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work in a team environment
- Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours to complete emergency repairs
- Develop and emplement new procedures to further guest and employee safety and efficiency
- Conduct weekly safety meetings with the operators to cover safety
- Share company information and operational issues with employees to keep them informed
- Conduct and document operator traning for all winter operations
- Ensures that payroll is accurate and complete each payperiod
- Write and conduct mid-season and final KRA reviews for the gondola operators
- Required to take care of customer and employee incident reports in a timely manner
- Split time evenly between the Panorama and Village Gondolas
