About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a talented financial services sales professional to service customers in the Golf & Turf Equipment industry. This role is responsible for developing and delivering customized financing solutions to customers in the Golf and Turf Equipment industry. The individual will originate, structure, and execute complex secured lending transactions, while managing and growing a portfolio of specialty finance clients. The role partners closely with internal product, risk, and operations teams to identify opportunities, meet client financial needs, and drive new business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners across product, risk, and operations to drive deal opportunities and execution
  • Relevant sales, commercial operations, or client-facing experience within the Golf & Turf Equipment industry or related equipment, manufacturing, or distribution environments, with demonstrated ability to learn and apply credit and financing concepts

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Responsible for influencing partners to generate and direct deal opportunities to the business
  • Pitch, structure, negotiate, and execute highly customized transactions to clients
  • Develop or influence objectives, strategy, resources and long-term goals for a portfolio of clients that utilize specialty products and services
  • Lead the preparation of deal proposals and deliver pitches.
  • Act as a primary interface with clients to understand their financial needs and objective and formulate recommendations
  • Identify ancillary solutions that meet the client’s needs and coordinate interaction with other product partners within the bank (Investment Banking, Wealth Investment Management, Treasury Management, etc.)
  • Manage the execution of deals by assigning responsibilities, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability for new originations and existing portfolio transactions such as amendments, extensions, and periodic reviews
  • Understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid to senior level managers, and develop a relationship with internal partners, including product groups and risk and operations, to achieve business objectives
