We meet on a regular basis to collaborate, share ideas and challenge each other to improve. All of us share a deep love for the game of golf and want to pass that on to our students. This Assistant Coach position would be working directly under the Director of Player Development with guidance on coaching from the Director of Instruction. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to learn the Operation 36 development model, curriculum and become an expert in delivering this program to both juniors and Adults. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring golf instructor to prosper within an already established Academy structure. The initial position is part-time. But an enterprising and ambitious up-and-comer could turn this position into a lucrative, full time gig in the future. This individual should also have a passion for junior golf as another key role will be in helping facilitate our junior golf programs, from Op36 classes to PGA Jr. League and 3-day camps.
