The Golf Supervisor will assist in management and supervision and guest service in all areas of golf at the resort, reporting directly to the Director of Golf. Provide knowledgeable advice on golf tee times, pricing, equipment, retail offerings, food and beverage selections and course knowledge. Perform basic retail POS functions and assist guest booking tee times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and workstations. Process sales and handle transactions using the POS system. Assist with inventory management and restocking. Support team members with daily shop tasks. Assist in training retail associates on guest service standards, sales techniques and ensure uniform guidelines are adhered to. Stay informed about current golf retail and equipment trends and be responsive to any weather changes.
