About The Position

The Resort Activities Attendant is responsible for the guest experience's daily operations at the pool and clubhouse. The Activities Attendant is also accountable for maintaining a professional, safe, and positive work environment.

Requirements

The employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and operate a motor vehicle safely (for golf cart operations only)
Must be able to operate a computer and be proficient with basic operating systems and programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be available on the weekends

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Efficient with computer skills.
Great customer service skills.
Ensure all cash handling is done per policies and procedures.
Cleaning clubhouse rentals such as golf carts, clubs, and range balls
Scheduling tee times
Cleaning and organizing the clubhouse
Stocking merchandise, drinks, and snacks
Maintaining the pool deck and making sure the pool area is presentable for guests
Stocking pool towels and transporting dirty towels to laundry
Identifying guests and resort members to ensure only these types of people are at the pool
Running food and drink to guests and resort members
Other duties as assigned or required, ensuring our excellent service and commitment to 100% guest satisfaction.
