About The Position

Opening and Closing Procedures Welcoming members and guests with enthusiasm Ensure all areas of the outside operation is clean and organized Provide directions or assistance to any club member or guest when needed Have knowledge of club events and information to communicate to members Monitor time and enforce pace of play policies Communicate all issues to Director, Golf Inform supervisor of safety concerns, supplies needed, and repairs needed Take accurate daily records Take pride and ownership of Cart Staging Area Assist in outing setup as needed Other duties willingly performed as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a high-paced, upscale private facility and can think on their feet while providing exceptional customer service
  • Recognition skills to remember member names and preferences
  • Position requires significant walking, lifting, bending, and standing
  • Prior experience in golf operations is required
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills
