About The Position

The Golf Course Player Assistant plays a key role in ensuring an enjoyable pace of play and a positive experience for all golfers. This position focuses on monitoring course flow, assisting players, enforcing course policies, and serving as a friendly ambassador of the golf course.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service–oriented mindset with a calm, professional demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and pace-of-play standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor pace of play and encourage timely progress in a courteous, professional manner
• Assist golfers with directions, course information, and general inquiries
• Enforce course rules, safety guidelines, and etiquette consistently and respectfully
• Respond to on-course issues
• Help maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for members and guests
