About The Position

The golf simulator server/guest service position involves welcoming guests, taking and serving food and drink orders, and providing a positive experience by assisting with the simulator and maintaining the area. Key duties include handling reservations, managing simulator setup and troubleshooting, maintaining cleanliness, and processing payments.

Requirements

• MUST be 18 years of age
• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• A friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical aptitude is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Walk and stand throughout the entire shift
• Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe
• Regularly lift up to 40 pounds
• Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of golf is a plus, but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically, checking them in for their reserved times.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about the facility, menu, and simulator technology.
• Handle guest concerns or issues with patience and professionalism.
• Take orders for food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages, making suggestive sales and recommendations.
• Manage basic food prep and garnishing.
• Keep service and simulator areas clean by clearing tables and refilling drinks.
• Assist guests with setting up and using the golf simulators.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and ensure a smooth operation.
• Help guests navigate software and game options.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment.
• Manage reservations and bookings.
• Process payments using POS systems.
• Restock food, beverage, and merchandise inventory as needed.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and all company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
