About The Position
At Copperleaf Golf Club, you will join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service to our Members with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Copperleaf features an 18-hole golf course and a range of newly renovated facilities, including our updated Clubhouse and Osprey’s, our new outdoor restaurant offering an elevated open-air dining experience to all of our members and guest. The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering refined, attentive service to club members and their guests while supporting the professional staff in the execution of golf shop operations, merchandise management, and all related golf services. The position is part time, year- round, meals included while on duty and the opportunity to be involved in a friendly, fun and lively work environment.
Requirements
- High level of customer service
- Must posses superior interpersonal Skills
- Must have a friendly and positive personality
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
Responsibilities
- Checking in members & guests
- Golf shop sales
- Providing a high level of customer service to the membership.
- Assists in all facets of golf operations, including golf shop, tournament preparations, instructions, and member relations.
- Aid in computer tee time systems, club fitting, repairs, and alterations.
- Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
- Assists in merchandising check in and equipment inventory.
