About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of the golf shop, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our members and guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a golf or sports environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories is a plus.
Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about golf shop merchandise, services, and course amenities.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the golf shop, including merchandise displays.
Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
Assist with special events and tournaments as needed.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Support the Assistant Golf Professional with administrative tasks and inventory management.
Promote shop merchandise and upcoming events to enhance member experiences.
Uphold the standards of the golf course while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
