About The Position

Baltimore Country Club is actively hiring for an energetic Golf Shop Associate to join our Golf Services team. The Golf Shop Associate is responsible for taking care of Members and Guests while creating an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere where everybody knows your name.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Private club experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper customer service is provided to all Members and Guests in the Golf Shop and surrounding areas.
• Answer phone inquiries including making tee times.
• Arrange and display pro shop inventory.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory.
• Assist with special promotions and sales.
• Set up driving range.
• Maintain golf carts and bag storage when needed.
