Golf Services Attendant
About The Position
Racine Country Club is seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our Golf team for the upcoming 2026 Golf Season. Our goal is to provide a first-class experience for all our members and guests, and we need dedicated staff to help maintain the high standards of our operations. The Golf Services Attendants will assist in the daily operations of the golf course, ensuring an outstanding experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities will include managing the golf cart fleet, assisting golfers, maintaining the driving range, and supporting the course, club and pool operations. This position is a customer-focused role and requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. This is a seasonal position and will end when golf season is done, approximately November but is weather dependent.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a golf course or hospitality environment preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, nights, and weekends
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time during shift
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a golf course or hospitality environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests as they arrive at the bag drop/club, caring for their needs throughout the round and the conclusion of the round.
- Loading and unloading golf bags onto golf carts.
- Detailed cleaning and maintaining golf clubs and other equipment.
- Detailed cleaning golf carts and picking the driving range.
- Starting members and guests on the golf course.
- Assist with keeping the bag room clean and organized.
- Provide information on course conditions, upcoming events, and any rule changes or special instructions for the day.
- Supporting the club and pool operations.
- Other duties as assigned by management
