The Golf Sales Associate at Edwin Watts Golf is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture that is consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. This full-time role involves assisting customers by providing golf product knowledge, evaluating their needs, and making recommendations on suitable golf equipment. Associates educate customers on products, help them compare options, and operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide valuable data during the in-store experience. Additionally, the position includes assisting with floor moves, merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, researching merchandise availability, requisitioning stock, and taking inventory. Once fully trained, associates are expected to suggest process improvements and perform other duties as assigned by management.
