About The Position

Provide high level friendly customer service within the framework of the established policies and procedures. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services available. Perform a variety of attending duties for customer satisfaction and retention. Give full attention to what is being communicated to you. Work cooperatively with all team players to achieve a common goal of superior customer service while demonstrating a willingness to assist others. Convey a positive and professional image to team members and guests.

Requirements

• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 Years Old
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Valid Driver License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old).
• Must be customer service and team oriented.
• Ability to safely operate golf carts.
• Must understand of the game of golf.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to golfing guests needs.
• Initial greeting, handling golf clubs, preparing golf carts, and providing range balls, scorecards, towels, tees.
• Maintain a clean attractive work area.
• Maintain inventories of products essential for customer requirements.
• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
