About The Position

The Golf Player Services Valet position involves providing high-level friendly customer service within the framework of established policies and procedures. The role requires interaction with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services available, as well as performing a variety of attending duties for customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred.
• Must be customer service and team-oriented.
• Ability to safely operate golf carts.
• Must understand the game of golf.
• Must have the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Attend to golfing guests' needs.
• Initial greeting, handling golf clubs, preparing golf carts, and providing range balls, scorecards, towels, and tees.
• Maintain a clean attractive work area.
• Maintain inventories of products essential for customer requirements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
