Requirements

• At least 5 years experience building clubs to the highest standards
• Thorough knowledge of all club making processes and techniques
• Knowledge of standard computer software such as Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately and consistently build clubs to exact customer specifications, including lie and swing weight adjustments
• Operate standard shop equipment safely and in line with policy
• Review and help improve any SOPs
• May work directly with customers, requiring a pleasant and courteous demeanor, and comfort in selling
