About The Position

Our Golf Marshal/Starter will be responsible for monitoring the pace of play and golf course policies at our storied and world-renowned golf courses. This person is highly visible in the operation and can develop relationships with guests, clients, and vendors to provide maximum personalized service. Energy, warmth, influential communication skills (verbal and written), and a keen eye for detail are key for this position. Previous related experience and a love for golf are preferred. This is a casual position.
