We welcome all that share those values to apply. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Acts in the capacity of an instructor for the Junior Golf Academy classes and clinics. May teach other group golf lessons. Develops and implements daily lesson plans. Monitors participants and ensures proper technique is followed. Provides individualized instruction when necessary. Maintains a credible golf game and remains current on teaching innovations. Provides customer service by answering questions regarding the golf course and responding to customer concerns. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Skill in instructing others.
• Skill in interacting with public/program participants.
• Ability to design effective instructional programs.
• Must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.

Nice To Haves

• Competitive golf experience desired
• Prior experience teaching junior golf preferred
