GIRT - Golf Irrigation Technician - Irrigation (Golf Recurr)

As an Irrigation Technician, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for foreseeing, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving irrigation issues and performing preventative maintenance tasks on an ongoing basis. Here is what you can expect to do while working here: Performing preventative and diagnostic system checks on an ongoing basis Reporting system check findings to the operations leadership team Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations Troubleshooting and resolving irrigation issues in a timely and efficient manner Safely operating and maintaining irrigation equipment and all other company property Communicating escalations to the Assistant Superintendent and/or Superintendent Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients Performing other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial irrigation maintenance or installation experience, preferably at a golf course
- Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2 Wire troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check
