Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred
Knowledge of turf management and irrigation systems
Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Maintain and care for golf course grounds, including mowing, edging, and trimming
Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of tee boxes, fairways, and greens
Assist with the setup and maintenance of golf course equipment and amenities
Implement pest control and irrigation programs
Collaborate with the golf course superintendent and team to execute maintenance plans
Conduct routine inspections and report any hazards or issues
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations
