Responsibilities

• Greet players at the first tee and verify tee times
• Provide course rules, cart path restrictions, and daily announcements
• Ensure groups tee off on schedule and maintain proper spacing
• Monitor and support pace of play throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with golf shop staff, marshals, and outside services
• Address player questions and resolve minor concerns professionally
• Maintain a welcoming, positive atmosphere for all guests
