About The Position

Provide a wide variety of cleaning duties throughout the Clubhouse, Offices & Restrooms. Maintain company standards in cleaning using of a variety of chemicals, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions and complete all assignments in a timely manner.
• Must be self motivated and able to work with limited direction.
• Must have attention to detail and willingness to correct problems on the spot and identify and differentiate various cleaning chemicals.
• Valid Driver’s License, and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old).
• MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including: bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, pulling trash, dusting, window washing.
• Ensure that all facilities are cleaned properly according to established procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain clean appearance on the outside of the building; i.e. windows, walls, eaves and patio.
• Assist in repair and maintenance of building and structures including minor plumbing and cleanup projects.
• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
