About The Position

The Golf Course Outside Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Cart & Range staff and ensuring that the Outside Service needs of each guest are attended to. This role involves welcoming guests to Dacotah Ridge Golf Club in a professional manner, assisting players in teeing off on time, and informing them about local rules and the Club's pace of play policy. The supervisor will maintain an accurate tee sheet, noting changes in starting times, group pairings, and cart usage. Additionally, the supervisor will range the course, politely informing players about their pace of play, and spread hospitality and goodwill to ensure that each guest has a positive experience. The role also includes identifying all players to ensure they are on the golf course legitimately and following Club rules, assisting Outside Service staff and Professional staff as needed, filling in at the Pro Shop, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Golf experience required.
• Outside Service operations experience a plus.
• Knowledge of golf operations.
• Supervisory skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computer, POS and tee time reservation system.
• Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Commitment to providing the highest possible level of customer service and attention.
• Able to work in an outdoor environment.
• Able to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cart & Range staff.
• Ensure that the Outside Service needs of each guest are attended to.
• Welcome all guests to Dacotah Ridge Golf Club in a professional manner.
