This role supports Lakeview Golf Club and Delray Beach Golf Club in Delray Beach, FL—two complementary courses offering both a relaxed executive-style experience and a traditional championship layout.
Requirements
- Ability to operate tools and machinery.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Prolonged periods walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling.
- Must be physically able to operate power equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fertilizer and pesticide applications
- Safely operate and maintain maintenance equipment
- Maintain equipment logs (oil, gas, service records)
- Clean and inspect machinery before and after use
- Report mechanical issues to the Superintendent
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain course grounds, including turf, trees, and landscaping
- Assist with special projects as needed
