About The Position

Hillwood Country Club is currently hiring seasonal Golf Course Maintenance staff! Located in the quiet hills of Belle Meade in Nashville TN, Hillwood CC is a picturesque haven for our members to enjoy a range of amenities, including our 18-hole golf course and simulator room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a two-story fitness facility, multiple dining rooms, premier holiday events, competition swimming pool and so much more! The Golf Course Maintenance Team is responsible for all aspects of Hillwood's 18-hole golf course, maintaining greens, fairways, roughs, tees, cart paths, practice areas, driving range, and clubhouse landscaping. Part-Time and Full-Time positions available (Full-Time preferred).

Requirements

Ideal candidate must have a strong eye for detail
Dependable
Hard working and self-motivated
Must provide own form of transportation
Must be able to work 8+ hours of work per day in changing weather conditions
Candidate will conduct themselves in a professional manner
This position is based on a 40+ hour work week
Must be able to be flexible on hours due to inclement weather, club closures for extra course maintenance, and club related functions
Normal hours of operation: Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Schedule is also based on an every other weekend work schedule
Saturday and Sunday hours of operation: 6:00 am to 9:30 am
