Bedfordshire Golf Course, a privately owned and meticulously maintained course in Bedford, MA, ND Landscape is seeking a skilled and reliable Golf Course Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values a beautifully kept landscape, and enjoys working independently in a quiet, natural setting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping is required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and operate light equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform daily turf and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and bunker grooming
• Operate various groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles
• Monitor course conditions and report any concerns or needed repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Support seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, snow removal, and project work
