About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Stock cart with product according to par list. Drive cart to assigned areas. Sell food and beverages. Accurately make change. Utilize suggestive selling techniques. Follow all policies and procedures pertaining to responsible liquor service. Log in unsold items at the end of each shift and place items back in inventory. Turn in sales and cash till to Manager. Empty and clean cart. Put cart away. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Previous customer service experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to drive a vehicle. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Excellent customer service skills. Strong selling skills. Food and beverage knowledge. Cash handling accuracy. UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Mobility inside and outside of the facility. Frequent heavy lifting. Frequent bending and stooping. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
