About The Position
As a Golf Course Crewman at The Cliffs, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and quality of our golf courses and surrounding grounds. This position involves a variety of tasks that ensure the golf course is in pristine condition for our members and guests. You will be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, attention to detail, and a passion for the outdoors. The Cliffs is known for its stunning landscapes and luxurious communities, and as a crewman, you will contribute to the overall experience of our members by ensuring that the golf course is well-maintained and inviting. Your daily responsibilities will include operating various golf course maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. You will be tasked with changing tee markers, cutting cups, and repairing ball marks on greens. Additionally, you will rake and edge bunkers, top dress greens and tees, and remove debris from the golf course. Participation in course renovations, including sod laying and tree removal, will also be part of your duties. You will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of course facilities and ensure that water coolers are refilled for our members' convenience. The role requires physical labor, including digging holes for planting, mixing fertilizers, and hauling topsoil. You will also assist with the installation of irrigation systems and ensure that lawns, trees, and plants are adequately watered. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you help with erosion control and the overall aesthetic of the golf course. Following safety guidelines and company procedures is essential, as is effective communication with your team members and supervisors.
