About The Position

Schedule • Seasonal position • Regular and occasional part-time hours available depending on the candidate • Weekend only hours are available for the right candidate • Shifts are primarily afternoons and evenings • Weekend shifts are common Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local regulations • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to members and guests • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately • Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service • Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed • Bartenders cook and prepare grill food • Beverage cart operators drive carts safely around the golf course

Requirements

Must be 18
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf hours
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Responsible alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
