About The Position

Schedule

Seasonal position
Regular and occasional part-time hours available depending on the candidate
Weekend only hours are available for the right candidate
Shifts are primarily afternoons and evenings
Weekend shifts are common

Requirements

• Must be 18
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf hours
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Responsible alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local regulations
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Bartenders cook and prepare grill food
• Beverage cart operators drive carts safely around the golf course
