We have an opening for a Full-Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications. Moderate club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience leading others, and a passion for the game. Requirements

2+ years of advanced club-building experience.
2+ years' experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales.
Demonstrated experience building golf clubs from components.
Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles.
High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets.
Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets.
Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

Execute lie, loft, length, swing weight, and shaft adjustments to manufacturer specifications.
Read, interpret, and follow detailed build sheets, custom orders, and fitting notes.
Assemble iron sets, woods, wedges, and putters to tight tolerances and build standards.
Verify all completed builds and repairs for accuracy and quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe build station.
