Reporting to the Experience Manager, the Club Repair Associate collaborates with all retail store associates to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service. This position is not just about repairing golf clubs; it is about building lasting relationships with our customers and enhancing their overall experience in our store. The Club Repair Associate will work closely with the Services Supervisor to address any issues that arise and to continually improve the processes at the Club Repair Desk. The Club Repair Associate's responsibilities include processing various retail transactions, such as returns, exchanges, and loyalty program awards. They will also measure lie and loft angles, make adjustments using specialized equipment, and change golf shafts and grips as needed. Accuracy is key, as the Associate will complete Club Repair work orders and prioritize daily tasks effectively. Additionally, they will maintain a clean and professional presentation of the Club Repair Desk and surrounding area, ensuring that it is always welcoming for customers. Staying current with new golf technologies and equipment features is essential, as this knowledge will be incorporated into customer recommendations, further enhancing the service experience.
